Hill International is seeking a Sr Construction Manager in San Jose, California



Responsibilities

The Construction Manager is responsible for the management, managerial oversight, administration, and coordination of the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction on timely and economical basis.

  • Coordination of contractors on building project.
  • Supervision of onsite QC/QA staff.
  • Coordinate with onsite owner's representative.
  • Resolve field issues in cooperation with A/E.
  • Lead weekly progress and coordination meetings.
  • Assist in CPM schedule updates.
  • Support office staff with answering of correspondence and change order review Risk Management.
  • Communications Plan.
  • Integrated Schedule development and management.
  • Baseline Management and Change Control.
  • Coordination and integration of field activities.
  • Closeout and Commissioning.


Qualifications
  • Must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience.
  • Four-year college degree is required.
  • Experience in similar projects is required.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Valid California Class C driver’s license.
  • Position is on-site in Santa Clara County.

The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $185,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
