  • Perform root cause analysis on service failures using data review and process mapping.

  • Identify systemic drivers of transportation issues and propose corrective actions to improve performance.

Customs, Compliance & Documentation Support

  • Review import customs documentation and prepare clearance instructions for brokers supporting shipments into Canada.

  • Ensure transportation-related documentation is accurate, timely, and aligned with business and compliance expectations.

  • Support shipment execution while working closely with Trade Compliance, Logistics, and external partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Clinical Supply Planning, Master Planning, Country Clinical Operations, Logistics, Trade Compliance, and external partners to support transportation activities.

  • Provide courteous and timely responses to internal and external inquiries through email, phone, and chat.

  • Communicate shipment updates, risks, and resolution plans to appropriate stakeholders.

  • Work across functions to support business objectives and ensure alignment with supply chain needs.

Process Improvement & Project Support

  • Support the development and maintenance of routing strategies and lead-time management.

  • Serve as a functional area subject matter expert for transportation-related initiatives and projects.

  • Support quarterly business reviews with carriers and business units.

  • Drive tasks to completion, including work that requires autonomy, judgment, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.

  • Minimum of 3+ years of related experience with a degree.
