We are looking for an experienced Yard Construction Manager to oversee construction and fabrication activities at an Oil & Gas modular fabrication yard.
 
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall construction activities within the fabrication yard.
- Lead and coordinate modular fabrication, assembly, installation, and construction activities.
- Ensure projects are executed safely, within schedule, budget, and required quality standards.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, and Project Management teams.
- Supervise subcontractors, construction teams, and yard operations.
- Monitor project progress and resolve construction-related issues and constraints.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, project procedures, and applicable Oil & Gas standards.
- Coordinate with clients and project stakeholders regarding construction progress and site requirements.
- Ensure effective manpower, equipment, materials, and resource planning.
- Drive productivity, schedule adherence, and safe execution of fabrication activities.
 
Requirements
15+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas construction/fabrication.
Strong experience in modular fabrication and fabrication yard operations.
Proven experience managing large-scale construction teams and subcontractors.
Experience with major Oil & Gas EPC projects is preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project execution, QA/QC, and HSE requirements.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple construction activities in a fast-paced fabrication environment.
