2026 Spring Student Internship - Interior Design – Louisville

Stengel Hill is a full-service architecture and interior design firm based in Louisville, KY, with additional offices in Lexington, KY, and Nashville, TN. We specialize in the design of complex healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities, and proudly support a collaborative team of 90+ Architectural and Interior Design staff. Our focused Integrated Interior Design Process, combined with our attention to detail and proven experience, provides our clients with a partner whose objectives include providing design solutions for the immediate challenge, as well as laying the foundation for the long-term goals of the facilities which we serve.

Job Responsibilities:

• Library Management (ordering replacement samples, as well as Project samples)
• Coordinate meetings with Product Reps
• Assist Designers in preparing Digital Finish Boards & Physical Finish Boards
• Assist Designers in picking up redlines and markups on Projects (primarily REVIT and some AutoCAD)
• Assist in FAS (Furniture, Art, and Signage) Specifications
• Field work / job site visits / project punches with fellow Designers (may require overnight travel)
• Sit in / Listen in on Project Meetings & Presentations, as able, to understand process.
• Rep/Showroom/Industry events.
