You will work closely with a vibrant, multidisciplinary team of architectural, urban design and landscape professionals.Join us on our mission if you are a US Licensed Architect who has:- Strong conceptual, design and graphic skills
- Experience with technical detailing, construction documentation & construction administration
- Ability to resolve technical and design challenges through innovative thinking
- Exposure to management and coordination of project stakeholders, local authorities and approving bodies, and sub-consultants
- Ability to develop design options in collaboration with the design team
- Ability to prepare, develop and edit drawings and models as they relate to the project
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- The ability to be proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative in response to direction from managers
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and supportive approach to working with teammates
- A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working
Requirements- A professional degree in Architecture
- 6+ years of professional experience
- Experience working on all phases of a single project
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and AutoCAD
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and construction documentation
- Construction Administration experience, including field observation
