What You’ll Do

• Lead projects from concept through completion—setting creative direction, managing teams, and delivering excellence at every stage
• Partner closely with clients and consultants to turn bold ideas into buildable, beautiful realities
• Guide design presentations, documentation, and coordination across all stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to craft solutions that are innovative, practical, and deeply human-centered
• Inspire and mentor junior designers, fostering growth in both design thinking and technical skill
• Push creative boundaries while balancing real-world constraints—budget, codes, timelines
• Champion smart, sustainable, future-forward design practices

What You Bring

• Licensed Architect
• 8+ years of professional experience
• A strong design sensibility backed by exceptional technical depth
• Proficiency in Revit; experience with Rhino, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and related tools
• Proven success leading interdisciplinary teams and managing client relationships
• Excellent communication—clear, confident, collaborative
• A love for outstanding design, a drive to keep learning, and a mindset that turns obstacles into opportunities

Salary Range: $90,000–$125,000
