BSA LifeStructures is seeking a talented Registered Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will support and lead architectural design and documentation for healing, learning, and discovery projects, contributing to the creation of inspiring and effective environments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with senior architects to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
  • Develop and present design concepts and planning solutions to clients and internal teams.
  • Lead the preparation of design presentations, documentation, and working drawings.
  • Manage and oversee construction administration activities, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the process.
  • Coordinate and support the architectural delivery process across all design and construction phases.
  • Ensure complete and accurate coordination across all disciplines and design components.
  • Own small projects or significant portions of larger projects, providing technical and design leadership.
  • Mentor architectural designers, interns, and BIM technicians, offering guidance and training through project work.
  • Participate in project debriefs and lessons learned to improve future project delivery.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet scope, budget, and schedule targets.
  • Recommend design improvements to enhance quality and project outcomes.

Education and Experience: 

  • Educational Background: Accredited Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
  • Professional Licensure: Licensed Architect with current registration. NCARB certification preferred.
  • Experience: 7-15 years related experience.  Experience working on healing, learning, and/or discovery project types preferred.
