Position Overview

We are seeking an Entry to Mid-Level Architect, either already licensed or able to obtain licensure within 12 months. This is an opportunity to join a supportive, detail-oriented team where creativity, technical skill, and professional growth are valued. You’ll contribute to projects of varying scales and types, from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on architecture and engineering projects across all phases: schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
  
• Assist in preparing technical drawings, performing code research, and selecting materials.
  
• Coordinate with internal disciplines and external consultants to ensure cohesive, high-quality results.
  
• Contribute ideas during design discussions and maintain attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Support a variety of project types, including healthcare, commercial, hospitality, community, and specialized facilities.

Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Licensed Architect or enrolled in AXP with documented progress toward licensure, able to complete requirements within 12 months.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and/or other BIM tools; 3D modeling experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability.

Preferred:

• 1–5 years of architectural experience across multiple building types.
• Familiarity with coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles or other emerging industry practices.
