Architectural Healthcare Project Manager (Architect III / Senior Project Manager)

The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a growing, design-forward architecture practice that’s expanding its healthcare portfolio and looking to add a strong Project Manager to the team.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll take ownership of complex healthcare projects from concept through construction. You’ll be trusted to lead, guide teams, and build lasting client relationships while working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

If you enjoy being at the center of a project, balancing people, process, and delivery, this is a role where you can really make your mark.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead healthcare projects through all phases of design and delivery

  • Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor

  • Manage schedules, coordination, and overall project execution

  • Oversee contracts, scope, and project financials (with support where needed)

  • Guide and mentor team members

  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes

What You Bring

  • 7–8+ years of architectural experience

  • Proven success operating as a Project Manager on complex projects

  • Healthcare project experience required (OSHPD/HCAI strongly preferred)

  • Licensed Architect

  • Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build trust quickly

  • Confident communicator who is proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex project environments

Why This Role

  • Real ownership and visibility on meaningful healthcare work

  • A team that values collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth

  • Opportunity to step into increased leadership over time

  • Supportive environment that allows you to sharpen both technical and leadership skills
