Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description

You will
•Drive the successful delivery of multiple construction projects.
•Lead, mentor and support project teams to achieve project objectives.
•Ensure effective financial control and risk mitigation across projects.
•Deliver exceptional client service and develop long-term client partnerships.
•Monitor project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
•Support the growth and sustainability of the business.
•Manage and coordinate multiple projects while maintaining quality and commercial standards.
•Apply strong contractual and commercial knowledge throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications

•Any building related qualification/s will be beneficial

Skills

•2+ years’ experience within a contractor environment and/or consulting environment with experience in Retail, Residential, Hotels and Commercial
•Strong knowledge and understanding of construction contracts, including NEC GCC, FIDIC
•Excellent financial, analytical and negotiation skills.
•Willingness to travel and work across multiple projects.
•Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
•Valid driver’s licence.
