A company is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Manager / Site Agent to oversee and manage civil construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. The role involves managing site operations, coordinating teams and contractors, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project deadlines.

Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements:
  • BEng / BSc / BTech / National Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Registration with ECSA or SACPCMP
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, SANS 1200, and GCC contracts
  • Proven experience in pipelines, earthworks, roads, and concrete works
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans
  • Ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and site operations effectively
  • Valid driver’s license
