Duties & Responsibilities

* Manage all on-site construction activities
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
* Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
* Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
* Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports

Desired Experience & Qualification

✔ Minimum 8 years’ experience in the construction industry
✔ Proven experience managing complex construction projects
✔ Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
✔ Update Monthly programme

✔ Excellent knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards
✔ Ability to manage budgets, timelines, subcontractors, and site teams
✔ Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field will be advantageous

Package & Remuneration

Salary: R32000 - R75000 Highly NEG based on experience and qualifications
