The Civil Execution Manager is responsible for execution of high-rise structural works using aluminium formwork systems (MIVAN/Aluform), ensuring cycle time achievement, quality, safety, and adherence to project schedules.
Aluminium Formwork Execution
- Plan and execute aluminium shuttering (MIVAN/Aluform) activities for slabs, walls, beams, and core structures.
- Ensure proper erection, alignment, leveling, and de-shuttering of formwork.
- Monitor and achieve target cycle time (floor cycle) for repetitive floors.
- Coordinate for panel shifting, cleaning, oiling, and maintenance.
Reinforcement & Concreting
- Supervise reinforcement works as per drawings and BBS.
- Ensure proper embedments, sleeves, and inserts before concreting.
- Plan and monitor concreting activities (pour planning, cube testing, finishing).
- Ensure quality surface finish to minimize rework (plaster reduction concept).
Quality Control
- Ensure works comply with approved drawings, tolerances, and QA/QC standards.
- Conduct checks for verticality, alignment, slab levels, and dimensions.
- Coordinate inspections (IRs) and ensure closure of NCRs.
Planning & Cycle Management
- Execute works as per look-ahead schedules and floor cycle plans.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure cycle time adherence (e.g., 5–7 days per floor).
- Identify delays and take corrective / recovery actions.
