Job Title:  Construction Manager 3
Location: Phoenix , AZ
Salary Range:  $80/hr to $85/hr on W2

This role offers hands-on leadership, exposure to large-scale construction and commissioning activities, collaboration with top industry partners, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on project success from groundbreaking through turnover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years total construction experience with at least 5 years supporting mission-critical, data center, industrial, or other highly technical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems (electrical, mechanical, controls, fire protection).
• Experience working with General Contractors (GCs), subcontractors, designers, and commissioning teams.
• Proven ability to manage safety, quality, schedule, and cost on construction projects.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with data centers, hospitals, semiconductor facilities, power generation, or utility infrastructure.
• Experience with industrial manufacturing plants and mission-critical facilities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
• Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
