South African Construction Managers – Build in the Heart of Tanzania!

Are you an experienced Construction Manager with a background in remote lodge, camp, or hospitality developments?
We're looking for a hands-on leader to oversee the delivery of luxury hospitality projects in some of Tanzania's most spectacular remote locations.
Your role will include:
Managing site operations from mobilisation to completion
Translating design packages into buildable work plans
Driving programme delivery and resolving on-site challenges
Leading in-house teams and managing contractors
Maintaining uncompromising quality standards
Coordinating logistics, materials, labour, and site resources
Acting as management's representative on remote project sites
We're looking for candidates with:
Proven construction management experience on remote lodge, camp, or hospitality projects (essential)
Strong leadership and programme management skills
The ability to work independently in challenging, remote environments
A commitment to delivering exceptional quality
Experience in East Africa is advantageous
South African citizens willing to relocate to Tanzania
