Our work is built in the field. Safety, execution, and leadership on-site matter. As TCE continues to grow, we are investing in experienced construction leaders who can run at least 3 crews, support crews, and ensure projects are executed safely and correctly—every day.
The Role
The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction operations across assigned projects and regions. This role manages 3 field teams directly, supports onsite execution, enforces safety and quality standards, and ensures work is completed on schedule and to TCE expectations. We are really seeking extensive knowledge in AT&T, the Alagi program
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands telecom construction from the ground up and is comfortable being present in the field, solving problems, and leading crews in the field, extensively. (90% onsite in the field)
What You’ll Do
Field & Construction Leadership
- Manage and support Foremen, Crew Leads, and field teams on active jobsites
- Oversee daily construction activities, including tower, civil, and related telecom work
- Be present on job sites to support execution, safety, and productivity
- Ensure crews are properly staffed, equipped, and prepared
Safety, Quality & Compliance
- Enforce TCE safety standards, customer standards, as well as OSHA requirements, and all other requested protocols
- Complete weekly Safety Audits
- Lead by example with a safety-first mindset
- Address safety issues, near misses, and incidents promptly
- Ensure work meets engineering plans, customer specs, and quality standards
Project Execution & Coordination
- Partner with Project Managers to support schedules, sequencing, and execution
- Identify and resolve field issues impacting schedule, cost, or quality
- Support emergency response, outage work, and time-sensitive deployments
- Ensure accurate communication between field teams and leadership
People Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop field leadership and crews
- Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and discipline
- Promote accountability, professionalism, and respect across teams
- Build a strong bench of future Foremen and Leads
Reporting & Collaboration
- Provide field updates, performance feedback, and operational insight
- Partner with Operations, Safety, HR, and Project Controls
- Support continuous improvement across construction operations
QualificationsWhat You Need to Be a Fit
- 10+ years of telecom construction experience
- Proven leadership experience managing field crews and supervisors
- Strong understanding of tower construction, civil work, and field operations
- Deep knowledge of safety standards, jobsite compliance, and execution best practices
- Ability to lead in fast-paced, high-risk, field-driven environments
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel and be on-site regularly

Compensation & Benefits
- Market salary range: starting at $85,000, and will be based on experience and scope

- per diem of $55 per day if over 150 miles from home
