Billing
  • Prepare and verify client RA Bills and Final Bills.
  • Review and certify subcontractor and vendor bills.
  • Ensure accurate quantity measurements as per drawings and site records.
  • Coordinate with project, finance, and client teams for timely bill certification and payments.
  • Track receivables and outstanding payments.

Planning

  • Prepare project schedules using MS Project/Primavera.
  • Monitor project progress against planned milestones.
  • Develop weekly and monthly progress reports.
  • Identify delays and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely project execution.

Estimation

  • Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings.
  • Develop BOQs and detailed cost estimates.
  • Prepare project cost sheets and budgeting.
  • Analyze material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
  • Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.

Tendering

  • Study tender documents, specifications, and contract conditions.
  • Prepare technical and commercial tender submissions.
  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for quotations.
  • Conduct comparative analysis of quotations.
  • Prepare tender costing and bid documentation.
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings and client discussions.
  • Ensure timely submission of tenders.

Contract Management

  • Review contracts, work orders, and purchase orders.
  • Monitor contract compliance and project variations.
  • Prepare variation orders and extra item claims.
  • Maintain documentation related to contracts and project records.

MIS & Reporting

  • Prepare project MIS reports.
  • Monitor project costs, billing status, and profitability.
  • Present project performance reports to management.
  • Maintain documentation and records for audits.



Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).
  • Additional certification in Planning or Quantity Surveying will be an advantage.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of construction billing and quantity surveying.
  • Expertise in estimation and tender preparation.
  • Knowledge of BOQ preparation and rate analysis.
  • Experience in project planning and scheduling.
  • Understanding of construction contracts and commercial terms.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.Β 
  • ​Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, ERP, and billing software
