We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Manager to join our team. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and development to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors and sub-contractors
• Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations
• Monitor and report on the progress of construction projects
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during construction
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other project partners
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role.
3. Familiarity with construction management software, such as Procore, P6 Scheduling 
4. Knowledge of building products, construction details, relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
5. Strong leadership and management skills.
6. Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
