Summary/Objective
The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources while ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality requirements. The role involves strategic decision-making, administrative oversight, and coordination with stakeholders to drive project success.
Primary Responsibilities
• Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and documentation ensuring alignment with organizational and strategic objectives.• Leverage expertise to create construction guidelines and define comprehensive scopes of work.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety standards while maintaining safe, clean, and orderly work environments.
• Direct and coordinate construction resources, including tools, equipment, personnel and materials, to optimize project execution.
• Prepare detailed project documentation such as bill of materials, safety compliance records, and progress reports, demonstrating a high level of administrative proficiency.
• Conduct site inspections to validate construction quality and compliance with company and client standards.
• Track project deliverables and manage change requests with sound decision-making and discretion.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure successful outcomes.
• Lead and support operational teams by managing internal crews and subcontractors, monitoring progress, and meeting timelines efficiently.
• Provide leadership through onsite training and coaching, offering constructive feedback to promote team growth and effectiveness.
• Apply extensive knowledge of construction processes to guide strategic project planning, risk management, and budgeting
