  • Coordinate with property management and operations to minimize disruptions to residents or business operations.
  • Enforce jobsite safety protocols and ensure vendor compliance with local regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to assess the condition of properties and identify maintenance needs.

Project Documentation and Closeout

  • Ensure that all closeout documents are submitted and filled, including warranties, as-builts, inspection reports, and final lien waivers.
  • Track and monitor warranties for each project and ensure property teams are aware of relevant deadlines or expirations.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of vendor performance and project outcomes for future reference.
