We are searching for a motivated team member who wants to have an impact at a growing construction company:
Manage, plan, and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline objectives are met.
Develop detailed project schedules and coordinate materials, equipment, and labor to ensure efficient and timely completion.
Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for bids and proposals, considering all relevant factors such as labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor quotes.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to review project plans, identify potential issues, and propose solutions.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management and estimating.
Extensive knowledge of construction best practices, techniques, and codes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
