Homes by WestBay is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our growing team in our City Homes Division in South Tampa, FL. The Construction Manager III must be able to oversee the construction of assigned homes and operate with regular supervision of the Area Construction Manager. This includes the daily coordination of all on site activities of the construction schedule, supervising all field personnel and to successfully complete homes on schedule and within budget. This also includes maintaining the highest quality while driving good construction practices and safety. From Plan Review through Final Walk Through, the Construction Manager III is the customer’s primary point of contact and responsible for delivering on the company Mission to the customer during the construction process.

Requirements:
Able to consistently carry at least 10-14 homes at a high level complex build.
Consistently delivers assigned homes 100% on time and on budget.
Valid Driver’s License.
Working knowledge and experience with production homebuilding scheduling.
Ability to fluently read and interpret construction plans and scopes of work.
Experience with stem wall construction and related site preparation requirements.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
4-year college degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
