Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our insurance-based restoration and reconstruction company. This is a profitable and fast-paced role where you’ll oversee projects from start to finish, working closely with homeowners, insurance carriers, and Third Party Administrators (TPAs). If you have Xactimate experience and strong project management skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential and light commercial insurance reconstruction projects. 
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and jobsite quality control. 
  • Oversee job budgets and ensure profitability. 
  • Use Xactimate daily for estimates, billing, and project documentation. 
  • Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and TPAs. 
  • Ensure compliance with carrier and TPA requirements.
Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the insurance restoration/reconstruction industry. 
  • Proficiency in Xactimate (required). 
  • Experience working with TPAs (preferred). 
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills. 
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once while maintaining profitability.
