We're looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead one of our most significant projects, The Gables Community in Box Hill. This is a full-time opportunity to take ownership of a thriving masterplanned community and make a lasting impact on the lives of hundreds of families.

The Opportunity

This is more than a construction management role.

As Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of homes across a single project location, leading a team of Construction Supervisors while partnering closely with a major Tier 1 developer.

You will set the standard for safety, quality, customer experience and operational performance, ensuring every home is delivered on time and to the high standards Edgewater Homes is known for.

From managing key stakeholder relationships through to coaching your team and driving project outcomes, your leadership will have a direct influence on the success of the community and the experience of every customer who calls it home.

What You'll Be Doing

• Driving site safety, quality and construction performance across the project
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with a Tier 1 development partner
• Managing project timelines and ensuring construction milestones are achieved
• Identifying and resolving challenges before they impact delivery
• Championing a customer-first approach throughout the construction journey
• Creating an engaged, accountable and high-performing site culture

• Proven experience in a Construction Manager, Senior Building Supervisor or similar leadership role within residential construction
• Strong people leadership skills and the ability to develop high-performing teams
