We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead large-scale mining and construction projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related qualification.
Minimum 15 years' construction experience, with at least 5 years in a Construction Manager role.
Proven experience managing large mining, infrastructure, or heavy industrial construction projects.
Comprehensive knowledge of South African Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) legislation, Mine Health and Safety Act (MHSA), and mining industry standards.
Strong understanding of South African construction regulations, quality standards, and environmental compliance.
Demonstrated leadership, planning, budgeting, and contractor management experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites.

Lead and manage construction activities from project initiation to completion.
Ensure compliance with South African OHS and mining safety standards.
Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and site teams.
Monitor quality, productivity, and project risks.
Liaise with clients, engineers, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Drive a strong safety culture and ensure all work is executed in accordance with legal and company requirements.
