Construction Managers – New Zealand

More South African professionals are choosing New Zealand for the chance to build rewarding careers while enjoying an exceptional quality of life.

New Zealand offers a unique combination of exciting infrastructure projects, stunning natural environments, shorter commute times, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Whether you're drawn to world-class hiking, beaches, mountain biking, skiing, or simply spending more time outdoors with family and friends, New Zealand provides opportunities to enjoy life beyond work.

With continued investment in transport, water, and civil infrastructure, there has never been a better time to bring your skills to New Zealand. You'll have the opportunity to work on complex, career-defining projects while experiencing a lifestyle that's difficult to find elsewhere.

In October 2026, some of HEB's leadership team will be visiting South Africa to meet experienced professionals interested in relocating to New Zealand and joining our teams on major infrastructure projects.

Whether you're actively planning a move abroad or simply exploring international opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.
