CSA Project Manager / Construction Manager (Data Centre Projects)

We are seeking experienced Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) professionals to join our growing team, supporting the successful delivery of large-scale Data Centre and Mission Critical construction projects across Europe.

We are recruiting for several CSA leadership opportunities, including Project Managers, Construction Managers, Package Managers and Quality Leads. Successful candidates will work alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects from pre-construction through commissioning and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, site supervisors, and construction teams.
  
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and programme milestones.
  
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and client requirements.
  
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
  
• Identify and resolve technical and construction issues in collaboration with project stakeholders.
  
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
  
• Work closely with Mechanical, Electrical and other project disciplines to ensure successful project delivery.
  
• Promote the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence.
  

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CSA construction projects.
  
• Experience managing multidisciplinary construction teams and subcontractors.
  
• Strong understanding of quality management, construction processes, commissioning, and project handover.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
  
• Experience in Data Centre or Mission Critical projects is highly desirable.
