Job Description

Your responsibilities will be the following:

• Presentations to partners and clients
• Rendering
• Conducting site visits, determining client requirements, and assessing budgetary and regulatory constraints.
• Developing conceptual designs, schematic drawings, and 3D models using CAD/BIM software, ensuring both aesthetics and functionality.
• Preparing technical drawings, specifications for materials, and documentation for building permits while adhering to local zoning and safety codes.
• Liaising with engineers (structural, mechanical, electrical) and contractors to ensure project alignment.
• Regularly inspecting construction sites, reviewing progress, approving materials, and resolving issues that arise during construction.
• Overseeing the project to ensure it remains on schedule, within budget, and compliant with all contractual obligations.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for the client, providing professional advice throughout the design and construction
