Estimator Pre-Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and subcontractor pricing.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project documents to assess scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to refine project plans.
• Manage bid proposals and participate in contract negotiations.
• Conduct risk assessments and value engineering analysis to optimize costs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
• Assist in the pre-construction planning process, including budgeting, scheduling, and procurement strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, material costs, and best practices in estimating and pre-construction management.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in construction estimating, pre-construction, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, ProEst, PlanSwift, or similar).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
