How You Will Make An Impact
- Lead and support the technical execution and delivery of healthcare architecture projects
- Plan and manage all phases of healthcare project design, development, and construction
- Prepare full project documentation including drawings, Project Manual/Specifications, and technical deliverables
- Coordinate design efforts across multiple disciplines and project stakeholders
- Collaborate within a multi-office healthcare community to establish and share best practices
- Assign, mentor, and oversee work of junior architects, technicians, and administrative staff
- Maintain client relationships, attend project meetings, and present technical information clearly
- Develop scopes, budgets, and schedules for assigned projects, managing multiple timelines concurrently
- Participate in continuous process improvement and exhibit strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
Are You a Healthcare Architecture Rock Star?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- 10+ years of relevant architectural experience, including healthcare project delivery
- Licensed Architect in Georgia or completion of NCARB program
- Proficiency in Revit Architecture and complementary design tools
- Strong general knowledge of architectural principles and project lifecycle
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and contribute within multi-disciplinary project teams
- Effective communicator—written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines with professionalism and poise
