Hospitality Interior Designer Architect (Flex, Texas)

Are you a seasoned Interior Designer or Interior Architect with a passion for hospitality spaces and technically precise documentation? We're looking for senior hospitality design support for two roles, an Interior Designer and an Interior Architect, to collaborate remotely with our client, a Texas-based design studio. What you'll do:

  • Serve as senior production support and an independent contributor for hospitality Interior Design and Interior Architecture work.

  • Produce and coordinate hospitality construction documents in Revit, including CD sets to present to general contractors.

  • Develop technical details that accurately reflect design intent and support constructability.

  • Work independently from markups and design intent, moving drawing sets forward with minimal oversight.

  • Identify missing information and gaps in documentation, and proactively raise them with the team.

  • Coordinate with the internal studio team and outside consultants to keep projects aligned and on track.

  • Communicate clearly and consistently throughout each project phase.

What you must have:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.

  • A strong hotel and hospitality background, with proven experience on hotel projects.

  • Advanced proficiency in Revit as your primary documentation tool.

  • Hotel and hospitality Revit CD experience, with samples of Revit construction-document sets to share.

  • Advanced English level.

  • A detail-oriented approach and the ability to understand design intent and identify gaps.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • An independent, proactive mindset and comfort taking ownership of your work.

  • Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or Civil 3D is a plus.
