Your Impact

• Curate personalized interiors that balance beauty, comfort, and functionality 
• Lead in-home, in-store, and virtual design consultations with a high-touch, client-centric approach 
• Translate client vision into cohesive design concepts, including floor plans and 3D renderings 
• Present tailored solutions that incorporate furnishings, textiles, and accessories 
• Guide clients through the full design journey—from inspiration to installation 
• Build lasting relationships and a loyal client base through exceptional service 
• Stay attuned to evolving design trends, materials, and spatial aesthetics 
• Achieve sales goals while maintaining a consultative, experience-driven approach 

What You Bring

• A background in Interior Design or a related creative field 
• A strong eye for scale, color, texture, and spatial composition 
• Natural ability to connect with clients and interpret their lifestyle into design 
• Confidence in a performance-driven, commission-based environment 
• Proficiency in design software or a desire to master industry tools 
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a retail studio setting 

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 
• Reliable transportation for in-home consultations 
• Proof of state-required auto insurance 

Compensation & Growth

• Uncapped commission structure 
• Expected earnings of $75,000 – $100,000 annually 
• Paid training and ongoing design education
