As an Interior Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role while working with our team to bring our clients’ visions to life, guiding them through a seamless, elevated design experience from concept to completion.


We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated designer with a passion for classic yet livable interiors. You’ll work on projects with creativity and efficiency, collaborating with our team to deliver stunning, thoughtful spaces that feel like home.


Your Role:
Project & Client Experience

  • Design projects from initial concept through final installation, ensuring every detail aligns with our brand’s aesthetic and high standards.
  • Serve as one of the point of contact for clients in collaboration with the Design Director, providing expert guidance and clear communication throughout the process.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and deliverables, keeping projects on track and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Create design concepts through mood boards, drawings, and material selections.
  • Collaborate with our internal team, including design assistants, pricing coordinators, and project expeditors, to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate with contractors, builders, and vendors to bring designs to life.
  • Attend installations to ensure every final detail is executed to perfection.

Business Development & Industry Engagement

  • Build and nurture relationships with architects, builders, and real estate professionals to generate new business opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by attending markets, vendor presentations, and continuing education opportunities.
  • Bring fresh ideas and inspiration to the team, contributing to the growth and evolution of our design approach.

General Responsibilities:

  • Maintain organized project documentation and ensure all client proposals are submitted accurately and on time.
  • Track billable hours and submit reports to management.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to a collaborative, positive work environment.
  • Represent our brand with professionalism, creativity, and a passion for timeless design.
  • Travel is required for this position. Potentially multiple times per month.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in high-end residential interior design.
  • A degree in Interior Design (2- or 4-year program).
  • Strong knowledge of materials, furnishings, and industry vendors.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Photoshop, Canva, and Design Manager.
  • A love for timeless interiors, an eye for detail, and a passion for creating spaces that feel both beautiful and livable.
