Beyer Blinder Belle, an award-winning architecture firm with offices in New York City, Boston, and Washington DC, seeks a highly motivated Interior Designer to join the New York City office.
Our ideal candidate is excited about invigorating high-profile new construction, adaptive reuse, or historic buildings through architectural design, brings a strong sense of design with technical grounding, actively seeks to develop innovative design concepts, and works both independently and collaboratively toward solutions.
In addition to working locally with a broad and diverse group of professionals at all stages of career development, new hires will collaborate virtually with BBB design professionals across all of our office locations. All BBB employees, including new hires, can participate in staff initiatives that advance professional skills, connect staff outside the realm of project work, and promote values of environmental and social well-being.

Responsibilities
Beyer Blinder Belle Architects and Planners believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below it based on factors including but not limited to experience, education, professional achievement, and business needs.
In addition to base salary, employees will participate in an annual performance review process with the possibility of receiving a performance-based bonus and base salary increase each year.
