Intermediate Architect

Our client is a multi-disciplined firm specializing in architecture, Engineering, and Interior Design. They are currently looking to grow their team. They are currently looking for an Intermediate Architect.

-Commercial buildings
-Ground-up and commercial experience
-Space and floor planning experience
-Construction Administration Services is a plus: responding to RFIs, review submittals, and site visits for observation reporting
-Temp to hire Role

Hourly Pay range is between $33.00 - $48.00 dependent upon experience.

Architect:
Must have previous drafting and designing of commercial buildings. Must have experience with construction documents and strong background utilizing AutoCAD and Revit. Must have experience with Corporate Interiors and 1-5 years of Commercial Architecture experience. Must have a very good understanding of building details. Architectural Degree required.
Retail experience is a plus.
