Junior Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Assisting senior construction managers in planning and coordinating construction projects - Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of construction sites - Ensuring that projects are completed within the specified time frame and budget - Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution - Monitoring and reporting on project progress and identifying any potential issues or delays - Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on construction sites - Assisting in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates - Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met - Assisting in the selection and procurement of materials and equipment - Providing support to the project team in resolving any technical or logistical issues - Maintaining accurate project documentation and records - Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in construction management Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field - 1-2 years of experience in construction management or a similar role - Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials - Excellent project management and organizational skills - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications - Proficiency in MS Office and project management software - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry - Willingness to travel to various construction sites as needed If you are a driven and ambitious individual with a passion for construction, we would love to hear from you.
