Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through construction
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations
Mentor and support junior architectural staff
Maintain strong client relationships and project quality standards
Licensed Architect preferred
Strong project management and leadership experience
Retail architecture experience highly desirable
Excellent communication and client management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with industry-standard architectural software and documentation
