We are seeking a responsible and motivated individual to oversee sprinkler and plumbing construction projects in the field.
This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day jobsite operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans, timeline, and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects from start to completion, ensuring smooth execution at all stages
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, deliveries, and inspections
- Maintain daily job logs, track worker attendance, and monitor project progress
- Ensure all work is performed safely, in compliance with plans, specifications, and applicable codes
- Monitor timelines and budgets, minimizing material waste and labor inefficiencies
- Communicate regularly with foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers
- Review job scope and drawings thoroughly prior to project start, ensuring proper planning and coordination
- Identify and address jobsite issues promptly to avoid delays
- Provide regular updates on project status to management
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High level of responsibility, reliability, and accountability
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow direction while taking ownership of responsibilities
- Experience in plumbing, sprinkler systems, or construction preferred
Location: Sites are located in Brooklyn & Queens
Salary: $75K
