JOB SUMMARY
The Preconstruction Manager creates and maintains budgets for medium and large projects and supports APM/PM with the subcontractor pricing and procurement process. The Preconstruction Manager may also develop project schedules, site logistics plans and support constructability reviews. This position has the guidance and support of the Regional Lead Preconstruction Manger and operates under the supervision of the Director of Preconstruction.
