In this role, you will manage and oversee the design and construction of various projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals for each project
Develop design concepts and present proposals to clients for approval
Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals throughout the construction process
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
Mentor junior team members and provide guidance and support as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Licensed architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
