Pro Personnel is seeking a highly experienced Project Construction Manager for an upcoming project in Northam.
We are looking for a senior construction professional with extensive experience in mining and EPCM project environments who can successfully lead and manage site construction activities.
Minimum Requirements
✅ Engineering qualification
✅ 20+ years’ relevant industry experience, preferably with similar EPCM companies
✅ Excellent communication and people-management skills
✅ Must be in good health and able to work actively on site
Preferred:
⭐ Construction Project Management qualification
⭐ Previous experience at Valterra Platinum and/or Sibanye-Stillwater
⭐ Concentrator and/or Smelter project experience
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional looking to contribute to a significant mining project.
