About the Role:

A leading design firm is hiring a Project Interior Designer with healthcare project experience to join its Orlando office. This role offers the opportunity to lead design efforts for healthcare environments that prioritize wellness, function, and beauty.

You’ll work across disciplines, manage both internal and external teams, and serve as the go-to for design innovation and execution on complex interior projects.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead healthcare-focused interior design projects from concept through completion

  • Create practical, aesthetic, and user-focused designs tailored to medical environments

  • Oversee interior design contracts, presentations, documentation, and FF&E specifications

  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure cohesive design delivery

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships

  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level interior designers across project phases

  • Ensure projects stay aligned with healthcare codes, safety standards, and brand direction

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design

  • 10–12 years of experience, with 3+ years in healthcare-specific interiors

  • Based in or near Orlando, FL

  • Strong background in materials selection and healthcare finishes

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, SketchUp, and Photoshop

  • NCIDQ certification preferred

  • Able to mentor, lead, and execute across multiple concurrent projects
