In this role, you will be working on single family and multifamily residential projects, focused on producing high quality construction documents and supporting ongoing drafting and coordination efforts. This position will assist with plan revisions, permit sets, consultant coordination, and field related updates.

This position is a contract to possible permanent role and is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked fully on site.

Requirements:

• 3 + years of architectural drafting experience
• Strong background in residential construction documents
• Experience with single family and multifamily residential projects
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Architecture and construction documentation
• Knowledge of Florida Building Code preferred
