Job Description
The Retail Construction Manager assists with managing all phases of a project, including planning, design, construction, technology, and occupancy. They may also have full ownership and responsibility for smaller, less complex projects. This position provides overall structure for new store openings, renovations, and closures.

Experience opening independent and chain small-box retail stores is a plus; knowledge of building codes; ability to work effectively both independently and as a team; must be willing to travel up to 30% of the time, as needed; passion for Rally House success; ability to interact comfortably and effectively in front of groups; detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and ability to learn other software programs quickly; NetSuite experience is a plus; must be a self-starter with good initiative; excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven time management skills; works well with timelines and deadlines.
Work is performed in office and retail construction environments and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must be able to stand and walk; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; and differentiate colors. Must have the ability to lift and carry small parcels, packages, and other items up to 25 lbs, and to walk short distances.
