 Are you a detail-oriented Revit Architect with strong experience in residential design and documentation? Our California-based client is looking for a Revit Architect to support residential projects from Schematic Design through Construction Documentation, with a strong focus on producing high-quality permit and construction document packages. If you have solid experience with U.S. residential projects, proficiency in Revit and Twinmotion, and enjoy working in a collaborative remote environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

  • Support residential architectural projects across Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), and Construction Documentation (CD) phases.

  • Develop comprehensive plan sets, including floor plans, sections, and elevations throughout the SD, DD, and CD phases.

  • Incorporate and resolve design redlines during SD and CD phases.

  • Prepare detailed permit packages for submission to local authorities, preferably in California.

  • Produce complete Construction Document (CD) sets for presentation to general contractors.

  • Create quick architectural renderings using Twinmotion to support design presentations.

  • Contribute to residential project detailing and technical documentation.

  • Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure documentation accuracy, quality, and compliance with applicable U.S. residential building codes.

  • Work primarily on single-family residential projects.

What you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

  • 3+ years of professional experience in residential architectural production.

  • Advanced English level.

  • Very strong proficiency in Revit.

  • Proficiency in Twinmotion for quick architectural renderings.

  • Proven experience producing residential design documentation from SD through CD phases.

  • Experience preparing permit packages for local authorities.

  • Experience producing complete Construction Document (CD) sets for general contractors.

  • Solid experience working on single-family residential projects.

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. residential design standards and construction documentation.

  • Experience working on residential projects in California is highly valued. Candidates without California experience should demonstrate strong experience on U.S.-based residential projects and a solid understanding of applicable U.S. building codes.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation across all project phases.
