Whether your background is in Interior Design, Fashion, Visual Merchandising, Home Décor, Hospitality, or another customer-focused creative field, we'll provide the training and support to help you build a successful career.
As a Design Sales Consultant, you'll do much more than sell furniture—you'll help customers discover their style, create inspiring living spaces, and bring their vision to life.

What You'll Do
- Welcome guests into our beautiful showroom and create an exceptional shopping experience.
- Build genuine relationships by learning about each customer's lifestyle, needs, and design preferences.
- Guide customers through selecting furniture, accessories, fabrics, colors, and décor that reflect their personal style.
- Inspire customers with creative design ideas and complete room solutions.
- Stay current on home design trends, color palettes, furniture styles, and seasonal collections.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through follow-up, referrals, and special events.
- Assist customers throughout the purchasing process, including financing, delivery coordination, and after-sale satisfaction.
- Continuously develop your design knowledge, product expertise, and sales skills through ongoing training.
QualificationsWho We're Looking For
We're seeking individuals who love helping people and have a natural appreciation for style and design. Previous furniture sales experience is not required—we'll teach you everything you need to succeed.
