Sales Associate / Interior Designer

In this exciting Sales Consultant role, you will combine retail sales with interior design inspiration to help customers transform their homes. Our consultants do more than sell furniture — they guide clients through the design process by helping them select furnishings, décor, color palettes, layouts, and styles that reflect their personality, lifestyle, and vision for their space.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome guests into our showroom and build meaningful relationships by learning about their personal style, functional needs, and vision for their home

• Provide personalized interior design guidance and recommend furniture, décor, and room layouts tailored to each customer’s lifestyle and aesthetic preferences

• Help customers create cohesive and inspiring living spaces by combining colors, textures, accessories, and furnishings

• Stay current on interior design trends, home décor styles, and product knowledge to provide expert recommendations

• Develop and maintain a book of clients through follow-up communication, design consultations, and promotion of new collections and special events

• Assist customers throughout the entire purchasing process, including financing, ordering, delivery coordination, and ensuring overall satisfaction

• Continuously expand knowledge of interior design concepts, sales techniques, and company products through ongoing training and professional development

Job Requirements:

You do not need sales or retail furniture experience to be successful in this role. Our world-class training program will get you ramped up and ready to win! We do, however, look at the following:

• Hourly rate determined upon experience 
• Experience in industry where customers have a high expectation of service, such as serving in the food and beverage industry or experience in hotels and hospitality can be helpful, but is not required
• Entrepreneurial and team oriented
• Coachable and self-directed learner who is always willing to learn
• High energy "people person"
• Professional, driven, positive, resilient and achievement focused
• Detailed, strong follow up and follow through; excellent time-management
• Strong interpersonal communication skills; a great listener
• Basic computer knowledge is required

• Bilingual a plus
