Salary Range: $132,000 – $143,000 annually (DOE)
Total Compensation Package: $145,000 – $160,000+ (including benefits, paid time off, and retirement)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect with a strong background in large-scale multifamily housing design to join our team in Bellevue, WA. This role requires an on-site presence and offers a flexible Monday–Friday schedule with start times between 6–9am and end times between 3–6pm.
The Senior Architect will lead multifamily projects from concept through construction, managing teams, ensuring compliance with building codes, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and design innovation.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: 12+ years of architectural experience with at least 7+ years designing large-scale multifamily projects.
Leadership: 5+ years of experience managing project teams.
Software: 7+ years of professional Revit experience; proficiency with AutoCAD, Enscape, or similar tools.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Licensure: Licensed Architect in any U.S. state (support provided for WA reciprocity).
Knowledge: Strong expertise in building codes, zoning regulations, and multifamily design standards.
Design: Ability to balance aesthetic, functional, and constructability considerations.
Commitment: Understanding of sustainable design principles and environmentally responsible building practices.
Your Role
Design & Technical Leadership
Lead the design and production of multifamily projects from concept to construction.
Develop and review high-quality construction documents in Revit/BIM.
Conduct design presentations and provide creative input based on research and experience.
Ensure compliance with local and state zoning codes and building requirements.
Review grading, drainage, and site plans for compliance.
Project & Team Management
Oversee the full project lifecycle, managing multiple teams as needed.
Serve as the primary point of contact for consultants, engineers, and surveyors.
Mentor and train junior architects and designers.
Coordinate with external consultants, local authorities, and project stakeholders.
Quality Assurance & Construction Administration
Conduct QA/QC reviews to ensure accuracy, ADA compliance, and adherence to standards.
Respond to RFIs, submittals, and change orders promptly.
Perform site observations and prepare field reports.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and update design standards.
