About the Role:

The Senior Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our architectural projects. The Senior Architect will lead a team, fostering collaboration and innovation to deliver high-quality results. Additionally, this role involves engaging with clients to understand their requirements and translating them into actionable architectural plans. Ultimately, the Senior Architect will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Licensed Architect with relevant certifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Experience with sustainable design practices and green building certifications.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and clients, to develop comprehensive architectural solutions.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions and project planning.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective architectural solutions.
