Lead Projects. Shape Design. Drive Client Impact.

If you’re an experienced Architectural Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing technical design with project leadership, this is an opportunity to step into a highly visible, high-impact role.

You’ll join a collaborative architecture team of 15+ professionals, working closely with a Director of Design who is deeply engaged in client relationships and business development. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, self-directed, and energized by taking ownership- someone who doesn’t wait for direction but instead leans in, solves problems, and keeps projects moving forward.

Healthcare experience is highly valued, but more importantly, this team is looking for someone who can navigate complex projects, contribute strong technical expertise, and confidently lead both internally and with clients.

What You’ll Get Out of This Role

You’ll step into a position where your impact is immediate. From day one, you’ll help lead projects through all phases of design and delivery while supporting team success and maintaining strong client relationships.

This role offers a balance of hands-on technical work and project management, giving you the opportunity to stay close to design while also developing leadership skills. You’ll work in an environment that values trust, autonomy, and professional growth-where leadership is supportive but not micromanaging.

If you enjoy variety, fast-moving projects, and being part of a team that values both quality and efficiency, this role delivers.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will lead architectural projects through all phases, from early design through construction administration, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with client expectations.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal team members and external consultants, coordinating across disciplines to keep projects on track. While you may oversee some technical production, you’ll also delegate effectively and provide guidance and review to ensure deliverables meet high standards.

You’ll play an active role in client communication- supporting relationships, participating in meetings, and helping translate design concepts into actionable plans.

Your day-to-day will include managing schedules, overseeing documentation, contributing to design development, and ensuring seamless coordination across project teams.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

You’re both technically strong and highly adaptable. You can dive into design details when needed but are equally comfortable stepping back to manage the bigger picture.

You likely bring strong Revit expertise and enjoy working through complex design challenges. At the same time, you’re organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple moving pieces without losing momentum.

You’re someone who thrives in a fluid environment- comfortable with shifting priorities, fast timelines, and evolving project needs.

Most importantly, you’re a self-starter. You ask questions, seek solutions, and take initiative without needing constant direction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of professional architectural experience
  • Licensed Architect preferred, but not required
  • Strong proficiency in Revit (advanced level expected)
  • Experience managing projects across multiple phases
  • Ability to coordinate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Healthcare project experience is highly preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $80,000 – $105,000 (depending on experience)
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Immediate access to 401(k) program
  • Structured incentive compensation program
  • Ongoing professional development opportunities
  • Relocation assistance available

Work Environment

This is a full-time role within a collaborative and fast-paced architecture team. The environment is supportive, flexible, and built on trust- ideal for someone who values autonomy while still being part of a strong, connected team.

If you’re looking for a role where you can lead projects, stay close to design, and work with a team that values both people and performance, this could be a strong next step.
